Teddy Chapman - Class Of 1962

WILLIAMSBURG - Teddy Dale Chapman, age 54, of Williamsburg, departed to be with his Savior June 6, 1998. Born in Jenkins, Ky., he was the son of the late Charles Odgen Chapman and Maxine Powell Chapman of Jenkins, Ky. He had retired from the Civil Service at NWS Yorktown and worked for Globial Phillips Cartiner-Cheatam Annex in Williamsburg.

He had been a resident of Williamsburg for 35 years and was known to many residents as "The Jogger."

He is survived by his wife, Nedra Hawks Chapman, a daughter, Anneliese Karen Chapman, and a son, John Michael Chapman, all of Williamsburg; three sisters, Glenna Bryant of Lebanon, Ohio, Gale Phillips of Waynesville, Ohio, and Gloria Chapman of Jenkins, Ky.; and a brother, Joe Chapman of Jenkins, Ky.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 8, at 8 p.m. at the Bucktrout of Williamsburg Funeral Home with Dr. John Carr officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until service time Tuesday evening.

Gail Chapman (Phillips) (1964)

Teddy was in the Navy. He passed away June 1998 in Williamsburg,Virginia at the age of 53.
