Catherine Fay Mullins, age 68, of Dunham, Kentucky passed from this life at her residence on Tuesday, May  28, 2019. She was born on January 20, 1951 at Jenkins, Kentucky. She was a member of the Neon Church of Christ.

   She was preceded in death by her parents: Bud Mullins and Jolene Elkins Mullins; one twin sister, Carol Mullins; two brothers: Jeff Mullins and an infant brother.

    Survivors include a very special friend, Frank Fleming of Jackhorn, Kentucky; one cousin, Teresa King of Pike County, Kentucky; a special dog, Lacy; along with a host of other family and many friends to mourn her passing.

  Visitation for Mrs. Mullins will be held at the Polly & Craft Funeral Home of Jenkins, Kentucky on Saturday, June 1, 2019 with visitation from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

   Funeral services for Mrs. Mullins will be conducted from the funeral home on Sunday, June 2, 2019 with Minister John King officiating.

  Interment will follow in the Elkins Cemetery of Clintwood, Virginia.
