We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Sheila Faye Little, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, on March 19, 2024, in Wahoo, Nebraska.
Born on June 22, 1950, in Jenkins, Kentucky to Palmer and Dorothy Webb, Sheila's warmth and strength touched everyone she knew.

Sheila spent her childhood in Jenkins, where she attended McRoberts Elementary and Jenkins High School. She shared many fond memories of roller skating and biking with her childhood best friends.
On December 6, 1968, she married the love of her life, Fred Little, in her hometown. Shortly after their union, they moved to Trotwood, Ohio, and later to Toledo, Ohio and Lexington, Kentucky as life's adventures unfolded.

Sheila was a devoted mother to her two sons, Eric and Adam, born in 1972 and 1978. Her family was her pride and joy, and she found immense happiness in the achievements and activities of her four beloved grandchildren: Logan, Addison, Braden, and Caleb.
Professionally, Sheila dedicated 30 years of service to Sears Roebuck and Company, where she was respected for her hard work and loyalty. She is remembered and appreciated for her ability to balance her many responsibilities between work and raising kids – always making sure everyone got what they needed.

Upon retiring in 2009, she found joy in her grandchildren, birdwatching, and relishing quiet moments with Fred on their back patio.

Sheila's life was a testament to her spirit – she was a fighter, devoted, and hard-working. Her interests reflected her vibrant personality; she loved the color purple, country music, and her favorite movie, “To Sir with Love.” Sheila's culinary tastes were marked by a love for fried seafood and Diet Coke, and she held special memories of dining at Joe Bologna’s in Lexington, KY.

Sheila was preceded in death by her loving parents, Palmer and Dorothy Webb, and her siblings, Randy, Mike, Rick, Palmer, and Karen Sue. Her life was a series of cherished moments, particularly the births of her grandchildren and witnessing the educational achievements of her sons.
Shelia is survived by her husband, Fred; sons: Eric (Karen) of Elkhorn, Nebraska, and Adam (Megan) of St. Louis, Missouri; four grandchildren: Logan, Braden, Addison, and Caleb; siblings: Jennifer Baker (Curt), Pamela Mullins (Mike), and Terry Webb; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sheila's memory will be held in the hearts of all who knew her. Her legacy of love, perseverance, and family devotion will live on through her children, grandchildren, and the many lives she touched.
Sheila’s family will gather for a private ceremony on Friday April 12, 2024 to celebrate Sheila’s life and share memories. As we say goodbye, let us remember the joy, the laughter, and the love she brought into our lives. May she rest in peace, and forever remain in our hearts.
