Billy Harold Mullins, age 83, of Jenkins, Kentucky passed from this life on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at his residence.  He was born on February 14, 1934 at McRoberts, Kentucky to the late Willie Mullins and Wonna Tackett Mullins.  Billy was a member of the People’s Fundamental Baptist Church.  He served his country honourably in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict.

   He was preceded in death also by his loving wife: Phyllis Jean Plummer Mullins; one son: Brian Keith Mullins; two sisters: Gayle Copp and Carol Baker.

   Mr. Mullins is survived by one son: Billy Charles Mullins of Jenkins, Kentucky; one daughter: Kimberly Mullins of Jenkins, Kentucky;  three sisters: Betty Fields of Mount Washington, Kentucky, Christine Junga of Louisville, Kentucky and Peggy (David) Wright of Dorton, Kentucky; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; along with a host of other family and many friends to mourn his passing. 

     Visitation/Funeral services will be held at the People's Fundamental Baptist Church of Dunham, Kentucky on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 5:00 PM for family viewing and the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with Pastor Van Webb officiating.

   Inurnment will take place at a later date.
