Terry Durham - Class Of 1965

DURHAM, Terry R., of Germantown, OH, was born in Burdine, KY, on December 29, 1947, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2011, and is now resting in God's loving care. He battled cancer and was a courageous warrior to his last breath. He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Margaret "Sunny" Durham; a son Jeff Durham; his parents, Ray and Josie Durham; his sister, Sandra (John) Houterman; and his brother, Donnie (Donna) Durham. He was preceded in death by a sister, Robin (Charlie) Pike. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Audra and Xavier Mireles, Doug Woods and Fred and Jenni Woods; and the delights of his heart, his grandchildren, Allison and Melissa Mireles and Cameron and Madison Woods, his little buddy Jasper and many family and friends. He was retired from Flowserve (formerly Duriron). A visitation will be held 10 a.m. - 12 Noon (2 hours prior to the Service), Friday May 13th, at the Carpenter's House Baptist Church, 93 Worthington Place, Germantown, OH, where the Funeral Service will follow at 12 Noon, with Pastor Earl D. Wilcher, officiating. If desired memorial contributions may be made to CHBC Music/Sound Ministry; Germantown Fire and EMT; or to Hospice of Dayton. A special thank you to Dr. Calvo and Annette, Dr. Keiler, Dr. Poelstra and Marilyn Reed, Dr. Shah, Dr. Eslami and Dr. Iberico and the staff of Sycamore and Kettering Hospitals, all the nurses, Dr. Berks and Staff, Julie Day, the Germantown Rescue Squad and Hospice of Dayton.
