Bobby Earnest Hall was born May 20, 1938 and passed away on May 2, 1954.  He was the son of Rush Hall and  Mattie Elkins Hall.  Bobby was a member of the Jenkins High School Band and was traveling home from a ballgame when he was involved in a car accident at Robinson Creek in Pike County, Kentucky.
