Colleen was born in Jenkins, Kentucky to Lester and Geneieve Fleming Little on January 3, 1965.

Colleen married Carl Franklin on June 1,1985 in Jenkins, KY. She was a graduate of Jenkins Independent High School where she began her career. She was a child of God. She loved her Lord, her friends, family and all those she worked with.

Colleen was preceded in death by her parents Lester and Geneieve Little.

She is survived by her husband, Carl, two daughters: Courtney (Kevin) Baker of Millstone, KY and Carley Franklin of McRoberts, KY; two sons: Christopher (Jessica) Franklin and Colin Franklin both of McRoberts, KY. Colleen has two sisters: Kathy (Cliff) Hagy of Clendenin, WV and Carolene (Jackie) Childers of McRoberts, KY; four brothers: Keith (Bonnie) Little, Edward (Brenda) Little, Stuart (Janet) Little and Les Little all of McRoberts, KY.

Colleen was blessed with two grandsons: Isaiah and Brenton Baker both of Millstone, KY and many nieces and nephews to mourn her passing.

The family wishes to thank all of those who prayed, called, texted of visited.

Funeral Services for Colleen will be held at the McRoberts Missionary Baptist Church, 115 Banmill Road, McRoberts, Kentucky 41835, Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. with Preacher James "Tweet" Johnson officiating. Visitation: Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. at the McRoberts Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Uncle Chunk Craft Cemetery at Millstone, Kentucky.
