I remember what a cute, sweet little boy you were. I'll miss you alot. I didn't get to see you often in the last few years, but I always considered you family. I know you're in a better place Jimmy with your lord and all the relatives that left before you. I'll see you again someday and we'll have all the chocolate icing we want. I love you, Debbie

The tears are still here when I think of you. I'll miss hearing those one liners you were known for. You went through a lot these last few weeks, but your pain is over and "The Wanderer" is gone, but will never be forgotten. Love You Always

We had fun the last time I saw Jimmy in Tennessee back in 88. We were both pretty crazy and two of the stubbornest Lucas's that ever came out of Letcher County. We were close as kids in Jenkins and I have a lot of memories. His mother Elaine is one of my favorite aunts, and I named my daughter after her. I pray she can find some peace in knowing he is no longer suffering. Later, Cuz.

My deepest sympathy to Elaine, David and their family. I have known Jimmy all his life. I grew up passing their house when I would go back and forth to our house. I would see him in the yard and with his dad in their store. I remember his smile and those big eyes. I lost my son in 2003 from MS and truly know the depth of pain from losing a son. I will keep you in my prayers.
