Roberta "Mickie" Michelle Minor Welch Peters, 69, Greeneville Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday February 8th, 2024.

Roberta was born on July 27th, 1954, to the late R.C and Jeanne Minor in Jenkins
Kentucky. She was one of four children, Pamela Collins, Deborah Minor and John Minor; In 1973, Roberta and the late Tomas Welch had one child, the late Thomas Jefferson Welch.

Roberta was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Welch; her parents, R.C. and Jeanne Minor; and her niece, Michelle Robinson Hastings.

She is survived by her son, Thomas Jefferson Welch; two grandsons, Wesley Welch and Tanner Welch of Morristown TN; four great grandchildren, Abel, Ava, Baylor and Carsyn Welch; two sisters, Pamela Minor Collins and husband Robert of Wise Va, and Deborah Minor of Kingsport TN; one brother, John Wesley Minor and wife Merri Lou of Dandridge TN; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Services will be held at Trinity Memorial Centers on February 16th at 5:00 pm with Rev. Dr. Randy Frye officiating.
